Several years ago, I was driving on the highway with my 18-month-old when I heard a little voice from the back seat say the word “McDonald’s”. At first, I didn’t think much about it other than he sure does love McDonald’s. Within a few minutes, I realized that my child of 18 months can read! Oh wait, no he cant.

When we talk about staffing firm branding, it is not about consistency… it is about absolute consistency. McDonald’s does such an amazing job of branding, that my 18-month-old child knew their logo so well that not only could he identify it, but he knew what it represented. He wanted chicken McNuggets and he knew exactly where to get them.
